That delapidated substation on the corner of Audley Ave?

Plans are in to transform into a house!

100250/COU/20 | Proposed change of use from former electricity sub-station to dwellinghouse and alterations to the elevations inlcuding the insertion of new doors and windows | Land Adjacent To 45 Audley Avenue Stretford M32 9TQ

This substation has been a bit a worry for a few years now. This looks a really interesting application. Apart from the neglect caused by lack of use, there’s quite an attractive building there. If it can be made to work as a residential conversion, it looks an exciting development.
